John Kamm is a Financial Advisor/Investment Analyst focused on the needs of business owners and families.

John is an experienced entrepreneur, with over 15 years spent building successful small financial businesses in rapidly changing marketing conditions both overseas and domestically. His companies have been featured in stories in the Walls Street Journal, Forbes, and BusinessWeek Japan. John has learned the importance to business success of protecting and growing accumulated earnings.
John lives in Centennial, Colorado with his wife Ruby and their daughter Diane. When not assisting clients, John, who speaks Japanese, finds himself traveling, often to islands with famous battleground sites.

Phillip J. Kosmala, Co-Founder of Taiber Kosmala & Associates, LLC has been in the investment consulting industry for over 15 years. Prior to establishing the firm, he worked at Lowery Asset Consulting, acting in several leadership, research, and consulting capacities including positions of Executive Vice President, Director of Manager Research, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chairman of the firm’s investment committee. Phil and his team had the responsibility of advising a national client base of endowments, foundations, plan sponsors, and affluent families. Additionally, he headed the firm’s manager research efforts and chaired the firm’s investment committee charged with capital markets research, tactical asset allocation, and manager research & diligence.

Michael Martin is the Founder and Managing Partner of Marius Wealth Management, LLC. He is also a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®), and writes a Financial Blog at MARIUSWEALTHBLOG.

The firm is a boutique fee-only, investment advisory firm founded to serve the investment and retirement planning needs of individuals and families, senior level executives, and small businesses.

Michael brings with him the experience of the big Wall Street firms: Smith Barney and Wells Fargo Advisors, where he was a Vice President-Private Client Group, and Financial Advisor.

Drawing on his passion for the markets, and success and experience in serving his clients, it has long been Michael’s goal to launch his own investment advisory firm. Mike credits his years with big investment firms for providing the solid foundation, experience, and training needed to excel as a Financial Adviser on his clients’ behalf, in both good markets and bad. It also made him realize that as an independent investment advisor, he could more closely align his services with those of his clients, such as not having the pressure of producing commissions – or fees. He is 100% focused on doing what is right for each client, and knows fully that every client is unique and deserves personalized attention.

Through his strategic partners, he makes available to his clients an open architecture manager platform, in which he can select and screen from thousands of investment managers’ best suited to his clients objectives and risk tolerance.

Michael has taught several courses on investing throughout his career, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Management. Michael’s other professional designations include the FINRA Series 7, 66. He also holds a NYS Life, Health & Variable Annuity Agents License. Michael resides in NYC with his wife Becky and son Peter, and is a New Yorker at heart having lived in New York for over 25 years. Outside of work, his interests include sailing and motorcycling. And, as an amateur photographer, Michael enjoys photographing seaside vistas and historic bridges. Michael is an active supporter of the American Heart Association, the Central Park Conservancy, and his son’s public middle school.
